The GPSNet annual conference offers a Business-to-Business (B2B) networking opportunity for its software users and now product and service providers looking to connect with the Expedited Freight industry! The 2009 GPSNet conference will now include vendor opportunities for companies that provide "value added services" to its subscribing members. Currently there are over 370 companies (and growing) subscribing to the GPSNet Technologies Inc proprietary software and it is anticipated there will be over 200 attendees at the 2009 conference.

Vendor registration:

  •   $595 USD for GPS members
  •   $795 USD for Non-members


  • One 8 foot table with a 90" x 90 " linen table cloth and skirting, trash can, & chair.
  • One company representative admission ($395 USD value for GPS members, $500.00 USD value for Non members) Complete access to the Friday Night Networking Event, the Saturday breakfast, brunch, and Saturday Evening Event, and the Sunday brunch and Awards dinner; as well as all meeting sessions, guest speaker presentations, and all kinds of networking opportunities.
  • *The Friday golf outing is a separate event.
  • Company logo and business description in the conference agenda pamphlet.
  • Mailing list of companies attending conference. (Sent shortly after the conference).
  • Multiple opportunities to interact with conference attendees outside the meeting agenda. Vendor location will be determined as we get closer to the conference date.

Value of vendor participation: Industry product and service providers wanting to connect with the expedite community will meet some of the most fascinating, forward thinking, personable, expedite entrepreneurs in the world. You will be able to introduce your product or service as a value added benefit to attendees. The contacts and business relationships you will make attending this meeting will result in increased business for your company.

Vendor Guidelines: Each vendor shall have an eight (8) foot table to display materials and small product items. Table top type booth exhibit may be displayed however must be approved GPSNet Technologies Inc. and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. There will be no access to electricity in the vendor area. Full booth trade show type exhibits can not be accommodated at this venue. Vendor may bring a customized table cloth and/or hang vinyl banner on the table front. All other types of signage (including table signs larger than 15 inches high) must be pre-approved by GPSNet Technologies Inc and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Promotional items and/or literature may only be distributed from vendors assigned table area. Vendors with questions regarding applicability of their display must be addressed prior to table assignment.

Vendor Set up/Tear down
: Vendor set up shall be Friday from 3:30PM -5:30PM. Tear down shall be Sunday from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Personnel: All booth personnel must be registered to attend. Registration fee for additional company representatives will be $500 per person ($395 for GPS members).

Payment: Once your vendor application has been approved, payment is due upon receipt of invoice payable in U.S. funds by check or credit card. Vendor registration is non-refundable however may be applied to a future event at the discretion of GPSNet Technologies Inc.

Deadline: Vendor opportunities are limited and reserved on first come first served basis. Registration deadline is December 1, 2008. All vendor registration requests are subject to review and approval of GPSNet Technologies Inc.
